At Advanced Antivibration Components - AAC, we provide a full line of products exclusively related to the elimination of vibration, energy absorption and protection of components and devices from shock and possible destruction.  AAC offers a wide range of shock & vibration isolation products, which include stud & nut type mounts, base plate fastened mounts, wheels, leveling & foot mounts, suspension mounts, spring, steel mesh & cable mounts, bumpers, channel mounts, bushings & grommets, and pads & tapes. These products are stocked in different materials, including rubber, Durulene®, neoprene, urethane, Sorbothane®, stainless steel mesh and springs. Many are suitable for use in extreme environmental conditions. Of special interest is a complete selection of silicone gel stud mounts, pads, and foam sheets, as well as paste-type and sheet-type thermal gel.

Domestic Sales Terms & Conditions
Open Account Orders: A minimum order is $50 plus shipping charges. Orders requiring any type of special handling or certification are subject to additional charge. Terms: Net 30 days, unless otherwise agreed to. F.O.B. Origin. 

Credit Card Orders: For your convenience, we accept VISA®, Mastercard®, American Express®, Your card will be authorized for merchandise and freight when parts are allocated.  Material will be shipped, subject to credit card approval. There is a minimum order of $50 plus shipping charges.

Document Fee: For all requests for Reps, Certs, REACH, ROHS, Buy America and/or Conflict Minerals please consult customer service at aacsupport@vibrationmounts.com.

Credit (Terms): You may apply for a new account.  Your application will be reviewed and if you receive a satisfactory rating you may be offered credit terms. However, initial orders are to be made by credit card.

Sales Tax: Customer is responsible for payment of all applicable state and local taxes, or for providing a valid sales tax exemption certificate.  In order to do so Customer will need to register as a business account to purchase with a sales tax exemption certificate (www.vibrationmounts.com/b2b/portal/register) and submitted a sales tax exemption certificate to aacsupport@vibrationmounts.com.

Methods of Shipment: U.P.S., FedEx, or as specified by customer.

Returns and Exchanges: All returns and exchanges must have prior written approval. Returns must be made within 15 days after receipt of material. Returned merchandise will be inspected and a charge will be made for restocking. (normally 30%) A credit will be issued to your account for the balance. No credit will be allowed on used or modified parts, or parts purchased on a quantity basis. Notification of any shortages must be reported within 10 days after receipt of goods.

International Terms & Conditions
Minimum Order: $75 with a $10 charge for our standard export handling; i.e., $85 minimum billing.

Large Quantity Order: Considerable discounts are made available for large quantity orders. Please request a quote for price and delivery.
